If the item is damaged/or ripped when you receive it, immediately contact us so we may resolve the issue. The tag must still be on the item, and you must contact us within 7 days. Refunds will only be given if the item was damaged during shipping. Please contact email@example.com for resolution.
Pre-loved luxury items:
Because pieces are pre-loved, they are sold as-is, and the customer assumes all risk. We pride ourselves on picking almost perfect mint condition pieces if otherwise, it will be stated in the description. We take pictures of all angles and show wear and tear. All pre-loved pieces are FINAL SALE.
New contemporary pieces
Because we are an online boutique, we are not currently accepting returns. We cannot re-sell items that have been sold online.
