If you know me, then you know I am like a kid in a candy store whenever I step into a mall, especially the shoe and handbag section, I just can’t get enough off. Every seasons new bags come and go, you have your classics and then you have your trends.
Some new shapes are turning up, and some are returning from the fashion fault. Below I have picked out some bag shapes that I have been seeing popping up all over the web and runways.
Shape 1: Round it out
This Staud bag has been selling out everywhere.

Besides this bag, a lot of designers are rounding out the bottom of their bags this season, giving a sleek and modern look to the bags.

Yuzefi $595

This bag looks way more expensive than what it is priced for

The Sant $450

Shape 2: The Baguette
Whenever I hear the word baguette and no not the bread, but the handbag, Fendi is the first designer that comes to mind. You can not talk about the baguette shape and not mention Fendi. It’s a classic shape but has not been “in” for a while. Go ahead and dust off or pull out your Fendi baguette if you still have it, give a good clean and be off, you have instantly updated your look in a vintage way.
The baguette is classified by a slim rectangular shape , that typically sits right in between your side and your arm. It seems as though some woman may be moving back to hands free. Who really wants to carry around a big satchel when all your essentials can really fit in a mini bag or a baguette.

Fendi $1,650

By Far $737 By Far $737
Shape 3: The top handle/square box.
Probably one of the most ladylike silhouettes you can think of when it comes to handbags. Top handles are my favorite type of bag. The top handles also seem to be coming in micro-minis, which was started by Jacquemus.

Zara $69.90

Shape 4: 3D
It’s time to step into the future of bags. Designers are pushing the envelope when it comes to designing bags; they are not just doing your typical shapes, like a hobo, satchel, top handle, and cross body. They are not only creating your average bags; they are creating pieces of art. No designer is pushing the envelope more than Cult Gaia. This designer has continued to push the boundaries with fashion, and I love her creations.

I have this bag and I love it. Every time I wear it, I get complimented.

Which one would you carry?
